DESCRIPTION:
Our PADI, CDTC Prep Program is an elite program, designed to meticulously prepare you, the experienced PADI Master Instructor, for when you decide to strive to become a PADI Course Director. This Program is designed to maximize your likelihood of success, when applying for acceptance to the PADI, Course Director Training Course (CDTC) – the most rigorous instructor training program in the entire SCUBA industry. This hands-on-course is tailored to fine-tune your command of the entire PADI Professional Development curriculum.
During This Program You Will:
- Review the CDTC requirements and the areas upon which to focus
- Actively participate in at least two (2) Salem Scuba, PADI IDC’s
- Better learn and understand the intent of all the PADI Standards
- Receive Bruce’s assistance in preparing your Business Plan for the CDTC Application
- Receive Resume Building advice
- Receive ongoing marketing and business advice from Bruce, a former New York Attorney and Finance Director of a Multi-National Wireless Telecom
- Learn how to organize a successful PADI IDC
- Learn how to develop an Instructor Development Team
- Have access to continual, custom mentorship and access to a Gold-Level, PADI Course Director
PREREQUISITES:
- Current PADI IDC Staff Instructor
- Have attended at least one (1) Salem Scuba PADI, IDC Staff Instructor Experience
- Permission from the Salem Scuba, PADI Course Director
