Become a PADI IDC Staff Instructor!
Step into a world of elite, dive leadership and help shape the future of diving. Our Gold-Level, PADI Course Director, Bruce Weitzenhoffer, will guide you through the techniques to actively participate in PADI IDCs. You will help prepare candidates to take their PADI Instructor Exam and to be able to independently train PADI Assistant Instructors. This is your Course to become a mentor and influencer to the next generation of PADI Instructors!
Course Pricing: $3,000
- Materials & Administrative Fees: $1,500
- Tuition: $1,500 (at first, in-person session)
- Plus: $162 Certification & Processing Fees (payable to PADI)

- Learn to independently teach Assistant Instructors.

As an IDC Staff Instructor candidate, you will learn directly from our award-winning PADI Course Director, gaining valuable insights into the nuances of effective instructor development.
- You will audit a full IDC, to increase your familiarity with the entire curriculum components.
- You will practice evaluating and providing constructive feedback to IDC candidates.
This Course focuses on refining your teaching skills, enhancing your understanding of PADI standards, and prepares you to play a pivotal role in shaping competent and confident PADI Instructors.
