Hello, my name is Todd, and I’m a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor based in Newport, OR. As a Master Chrysler Technician, I bring the same precision and dedication from my day job to my passion for SCUBA. My underwater journey began with a desire to explore the mysteries of the ocean, leading me from my first Open Water Diver certification to a passion for teaching.
In 2024, I achieved my, Open Water Scuba Instructor certification. This amazing milestone now allows me to teach and certify Open Water Diver students, Plus, I can also teach (diving) specialties in a diverse range of PADI courses. My certifications include, but are not limited, to:
